My son Jesse is autistic, I can’t even remember when we started going to Dr. Billy, but it’s been a long time and it started out rocky. I can say now my son has done so much better with them. They are so patient and so supportive. From cleanings, X-rays etc he has works with them and they with him. I have to say Dr. Billy and his crew are really a true blessing to my son. Thank y'all so so much for loving him like he’s y’all’s own. Y'all really do treat us like family.

Children's Dentistry of Amarillo is by far the most pleasant dental office I have ever been to. My two daughters love going for there dental checkups. I really appreciate how patient and gentle they have been with my girls. Dr Metcalf is always friendly and informative, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but nice to us every time.

Dr. Metcalf is wonderful very kind and skilled. HOWEVER the front desk argued with me, provided misinformation about post anesthesia recovery, and refused a routine school excuse for the day after a procedure requiring anesthesia for my child. I had to call Northwest surgery center and they provided one immediately. Very disappointed in the front desk staff because Dr. Metcalf and his dental assistants are absolutely wonderful. Would’ve given 10 stars if the front desk staff had been professional.

This was the most stress free dentist appointment my kids have ever had! The hygienists are so very kind and calming and the Dr. himself was amazing at keeping them calm and doing what they ask. I recommend this practice over any other we've been to!

I want to give them five stars because they were kind and understanding. I left some important papers up there on accident and thr staff quickly called me and kept it for me till the next day. They're highly friendly the building was so fun! It had a very childlike atmosphere and felt welcoming. ♥️
