I recently had an upsetting experience with the nurse, Josefina, at this dental office that I feel needs to be addressed. As someone who works as a dental assistant, I understand how important it is to make patients and their families feel safe, respected, and comfortable during dental treatment. Unfortunately, the way Josefina handled this situation was very disappointing and not how I believe patients should be treated. My sister was speaking Spanish to her daughter because my niece does not understand English well and was becoming scared about what was going to happen. My sister does speak and read English. I simply asked Josefina if she could speak to my sister in English because her daughter was getting scared hearing what they were going to do to her. Instead of understanding the situation, Josefina immediately told me that I could step outside. I also felt that my sister was being judged when Josefina told me, “Your sister seems confused,” as if she could not understand English. This was unfair and upsetting because my sister does understand English; she was simply speaking Spanish to comfort and reassure her daughter. I was not trying to be disrespectful or cause a proble

I am very disappointed with my experience today 07/13/2026. My child's dental surgery was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and we arrived on time. We completed all of the required consent forms immediately. My son had been instructed not to eat or drink before anesthesia, so he had been fasting for about 10 hours. Despite arriving on time, we were kept waiting for more than 70 minutes because the dentist was treating another patient during my son's scheduled appointment. We were then told we would have to wait even longer. I understand that emergencies and delays can happen, but scheduling another patient during our appointment time without informing us or apologizing is unacceptable. It was especially unfair to make a young child continue fasting while waiting. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and timely care. I hope this office improves its scheduling and communication so other families do not have to go through the same experience.

I give them a five star review because they really took good care of my son. My son was in good hands. Thank you to all of the front desk staff they were all super friendly and caring and the register nurse who took care of my baby before and after the dental procedure. And of course the doctors who did all the work on his little teeth. At first I was scared for him to get his dental surgery done but I’m glad he got it done with them they really did an amazing job. I truly recommend them. And thank you Jesus Christ for always watching over my boy. Please bless this hands who always work with kids.

I appreciate the care my daughter received during her recent dental procedure. The team was professional, compassionate, and efficient throughout the entire process. They handled everything calmly and without making it overwhelming, which I found especially important given the nature of the treatment.

I recently brought my son in for general anesthesia, a crown, and a filling, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing dental team who cared for him. Dr. Park was fantastic. He thoroughly explained every procedure, answered all my questions, and was incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. Dr. Hszieh, the anesthesiologist, was also wonderful. He took the time to review my son’s health conditions and made sure everything was handled with the highest level of care. A special thank you to Josefina, the nurse, who was such a sweetheart. She kept checking on my son after the procedure and made sure he was fully awake and comfortable before letting us go. As a very anxious parent, I kept delaying scheduling this appointment, but I’m so glad we finally did it. This entire team made the experience so much more manageable and comforting for both me and my son. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!
