My first few visits were okay. The staff weren’t very approachable, but I understood they were busy with a lot of patients. While the dentist was good with kids, I was concerned that he rarely checked my daughter’s teeth thoroughly. Almost every visit, I was told she had no cavities, but then one day, they suddenly claimed she needed extensive treatment. On the day of her scheduled treatment, my husband naturally asked multiple questions as a concerned parent. The staff didn't like this and refused service—but only after keeping my daughter on laughing gas for a little over an hour. I was incredibly upset by her poor experience and felt helpless. I called the office to report my concerns, but they dismissed me, saying they would get back to me. It has been over five months and I have yet to hear back. We switched dental offices immediately after this. I normally choose businesses based on reviews, and I am highly disappointed because their high rating feels like false advertising. We did not have a good experience.

The absolute best dentist in town for the littles! My girls love coming here even when they feel nervous. When they do feel nervous the staff always makes them feel secure and comfortable. They always listen to concerns and never rush us. My girls have never had any trauma thanks to the wonderful staff and all the doctors here ! Highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The front office made everything easy, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly without making us feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in providing quality care. The office was clean, organized, and appointments ran on time, which I really appreciated. The staff worked together seamlessly, making the whole visit stress-free. I highly recommend Children’s Choice Orthodontics to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care. Thank you to the doctor, manager, and the entire team for such a positive experience!

It was the best experience my kids have had at a dentists office. All of the staff are amazing. Dr. Sanders is the absolute best! Super gentle and patient. Solo (the guy who did the X-rays was super efficient and gentle with my kids who have never been comfortable with X-rays). Cecelia is the RDA who was amazing! My kids felts very comfortable with her. She was quick, efficient and really nice to the kids! Overall…the best experience we’ve had. And we were in and out in lightening speed! Even the manager, Monica, checked in on us. This was our first visit…definitely staying with Children’s Choice! 👏🏼

Came in for a emergency dental appointment for my son, called the day before and they were able to get him in next day. The front desk ladies were so patient and kind. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Their AC was out and they had portable air conditioners, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell from how sweet they all were. It was HOT but they just keep on doing their jobs. My son ended up getting two teeth removed and it was quick and seamless. Thank you so much! We really appreciate you all!
