I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chhy Mao, and staff Ally, even though I was not able to receive full service during my visit. I was from out of state and only passing through San Francisco, so I was concerned about an issue with my tooth and unsure what to do. Dr. Mao was kind, professional, and took the time to ease my concerns. He helped reassure me that I could manage the situation until I returned home to see my regular dentist. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to help someone who was not a regular patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chhy Mao to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist in San Francisco.

The team at Dr. Chhy Mao and Dr. Jung Shin Robin’s practice are amazing! They are always friendly, attentive, and treat me with the utmost respect. Scheduling and billing are a breeze. Dr. Mao and Dr. Shin Robin are very talented and take the time to explain what is happening and why they may suggest a procedure. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Mao is the best; does excellent work, is personable and makes my dental visits easy. His team are also 5 star, welcoming, friendly, and focused on patient comfort. A great dental experience overall.

Dr. Shin Robin is a front tooth artist! She repaired a small cavity and fortified my front teeth which had worn down. It feels great. I can not recommend her highly enough. Thank you Dr. Shin Robin!

I recently visited Dr Shin Robin for fillings on my two front top teeth, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish and my teeth look great! The staff was friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. Dr. Mao and his team are exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Dr. Mao took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in need of dental care!

My beloved dentist who I've been going to for almost two decades is retiring and he referred me to Dr. Mao's clinic. I just had my first dental cleaning there yesterday and I had a fantastic experience! All the staff were very welcoming, professional, and caring. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shin Robin Jung who shares the clinic with Dr. Mao and she is wonderful. Cathy, the hygienist, did an excellent job on the cleaning and I did not experience any discomfort. Overall I am very impressed with the way this clinic operates and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great staff and I felt 100% safe and comfortable going into Dr. Mao's office during the pandemic. I had a tooth that broke and needed to be extracted at the start of the pandemic. Dr. Mao and his staff were safe and well protected during all of the procedures, making me feel like they are taking all the steps to keep their patients safe as well. Fast forward 4 months and I had a return visit to put in a post for the implant to replace my missing tooth. In this time, they've improved their protective procedures with air filters and additional screening measures at the start of the visit and double layers of PPE. The work was clean, quick, professional, and friendly. Pre-appointment contact is excellent from the staff and post-appointment follow-up is proactive and responsive. Top notch and I'm looking forward to having a new tooth in a few months!
