The whole situation there is ridiculous. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call, after you've been rerouted. They have horrible communication as far as setting appointments and what is needed at the time of visit. The television in the waiting area is always pointed at the front desk. Not very much professionalism at all. The only upside is convenient parking and location.

Centrum is the worst. You can never talk to anyone at the office where you see the doctor. Every phone number routes to a corporate switchboard where you have to explain everything again and again and again to someone you have never spoken to before, and hope that a message they send gets to the doctor's office and is acted on.

During my recent visit, I experienced behavior that I found to be unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. The nurse spoke in a disrespectful tone and did not demonstrate the level of care, patience, or professionalism that patients expect and deserve. As a patient, this made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued. I believe that respectful communication and compassionate care are essential in a healthcare environment. Truly a warm and competent group of providers and staff. I've had some awful visits and have fallen through the cracks of care in the past with different clinics and providers, so it's a godsend to come across people that are thorough, professional and willing to help. Based solely on my first visit, I hope they know how much they stand out in comparison. I'd recommend to others for sure!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at my new doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so sweet they made me feel welcome right away. I especially loved my visit with the NP, Stella. She was attentive, kind, and truly took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and felt completely comfortable in her care. It’s refreshing to find an office with such an outstanding team. I’m so happy I found this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care and exceptional staff!
