Central Neighborhood Clinic has been a very frustrating experience. There is constant miscommunication, staff seem unorganized, and important information often gets lost or misunderstood. It feels like no one is taking responsibility, and patients are left dealing with the consequences. The clinic needs major improvements in communication, professionalism, and overall service!!!!!

My husband and I are extremely happy with the care we are receiving from Leo and Moses. So far, we have only experienced their support through telephone appointments, but even with that alone, the impact has been incredible. We didn’t know what to expect in the beginning. My husband needed so much support, but he never wanted help from anyone. Still, he truly needed professional guidance to overcome his life difficulties. We were honestly on the edge of our marriage because of these challenges. When we spoke to Leo for the first time, his calming voice made not only my husband, but also me, really listen. We both immediately felt a sense of relief, like we were finally getting the right support. Later, when I spoke with one of the supporting staff members (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name), I told her how Leo’s voice had such a calming effect on us. She said, “Wait until you hear Moses.” And when we spoke to Moses… oh my GOD. Not only his voice, but the knowledge he shared made us truly pay attention. Now, my husband—who never listened to anyone—is listening, engaged, and genuinely happy with the service they provide. They are incredibly caring and genuine, and you can feel t
