I've been here twice, and I will never come back. Both times I've had early morning appointments, arrived early, and each time I've spent close to 2 hours at this center. The doctor was personable, understood why I was there. It's the front staff for the medical side that needs improvement. After my 8am appointment, I went to the front desk and asked the staff for a note from the doctor. I sat down in the lobby around 8:20am. It wasn't until close to 10 am that I received that note. This center could benefit from having more front staff to support the number of people arriving for appointments.

I’ve tried calling Nancy multiple times with no response.When I finally got through I was informed she no longer works there. Honestly, that explains the change.Nancy was always quick to respond and took immediate action whenever there was an issue.She genuinely cared about the patients,and her absence is noticeable. It is disappointing to see such a dedicated and compassionate employee no longer be part of the team.im extremely frustrated that my relatives prior authorization is still pending since Last month. I spoke with a representative who said the provider has been notified but nothing has happened. Plenty of follow ups have been made in my end but there is no sense of urgency. This delay is unacceptable and I’ve reported the situation to our health plan for further review.

I want to make a comment recognizing a staff person at this clinic. Rosario went above and beyond in helping me. I needed urgent care regarding a serious matter and she was able to help me. She was kind, courteous, but most of all compassionate. I want this message to be sent to the leadership team. You have wonderful staff that put patient care first! Thank you Rosario!

Do not eveeeeerrrrrrrr go see Dr. Jones at this facility. He’s not a permanent physician there but I was scheduled with him and the experience was very disappointing. I work with Critical care nurses and cardiothoracic surgeons and they still treat me with more respect than Dr. Jones did. I came in hoping to get help and answers about some ongoing health concerns, but I left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. The doctor barely spent any time with me and seemed rushed and uninterested in what I had to say. I tried explaining my symptoms, but I felt like my concerns were brushed off instead of taken seriously. As a patient, I expected to be listened to and treated with compassion and professionalism. Instead, I left more confused and frustrated than when I walked in. Healthcare should be about support and trust — unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I REFUSE to see Dr. Jones again, I will avoid him like the PLAGUE and implore others to do so as well.

I initially came here because I had an abscess on my gums from an infection. They did a quick 5 minute visit and saw me the same day. They said I had no active infection and to call if I needed antibiotics. Then referred me to root canal specialist. I waited and nobody ever called me to schedule the procedure or appointment. I called the specialist and couldn’t reach anyone. Then came back as a walk in because the receptionist told me to come in at 1pm and I’ll be seen after the patients. Waited two hours and a half for the receptionist to say “i just confirmed the last appointment of the day and because they confirmed, we cannot see you” i was so upset. 1. You could have confirmed within the first 30 minutes of me coming in as a walk in. It doesn’t take 2 hours to find out you can’t be seen. 2. I received an appointment notification from their dental office so she had already booked me. For her to then say. “ that’s what walk in means. You don’t always get seen”. Big facepalm because that is not the meaning of walkin. A clinic that has a good control of their schedule can tell you. If they can no longer accept walk ins when booking and not 2 hours after. Besides the horrible ref
