If there were a negative star rating that would be it. I waited 5 months to see a specific doctor…when I got there, I didn’t get to see that doctor and I had scheduled a physical and they said oh we forgot to give you the physical (I’m assuming with the doctor I waited so long to see). If I didn’t get a physical what did I get? Some man came in the room who was unprofessional (even tho I requested a woman, a specific woman doctor) and he just asked what I needed. I booked a physical with a specific person and got a ‘what do you need’ visit from a random unprofessional man. Worst doctor experience ever. But it gets even worse. My next visit here I was stuck in a waiting area for two hours waiting for one of the only doctors in this one field they had (common kind of Dr too). When she finally showed up she was rude and unfriendly and gave me advice that could have been devastating on my health and caused great problems for me. Horrible beyond horrible. How can you call yourself a doctor. My third visit (I don’t want to come back but I had to) I was prescribed a medication and told to take it the next morning. I went to the pharmacy though the next day and found that it never got call

They answered phone quickly, were courteous and wait time wasn't long. Back office was thorough and kind . . The place could use a good cleaning and repair of broken cabinet doors. All in all not bad for a strip mall clinic .

I have decided to rate my experience with this establishment as a mere one star. My primary concern revolves around the demeanor of the front desk staff, who I found to be consistently unfriendly and unapproachable. From the moment I arrived, it was apparent that the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality one would typically expect in a welcoming environment. Their body language and tone of voice conveyed a sense of indifference, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable or valued as a guest. Instead of receiving a friendly greeting or helpful assistance, I encountered a stony reception that left me feeling unwelcome. Overall, this negative interaction at the front desk significantly marred my experience and influenced my decision to give such a low rating.

Today 6/9/25 had an appointment for 1pm with Dr. Amir. I didn't get a reminder confirmation call so I called the office around 10:30am to check on my appointment. Spoke to a man and he told me a medical assistant would call me back because apparently there was not an appointment for me today. I said I spoke to a young lady 3 weeks ago and she made the appointment and it was on my calendar. I asked to speak to the office manager Aracely and he said she was on the phone. I called 2 more times for someone to help me and have Aracely call me back. I explained I was having some health issues. So far as of this posting today it is 1:41pm and I haven't received a call back. I am totally frustrated as I planned my whole day around this appointment. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and this has never happened. Everyone here is nice but the girl who made my appointment for today probably didn't put it in when they are talking to you on the phone. I was also told that Dr. Amir had an emergency today not sure that is true. Still waiting to her back from Aracely or someone in the office that can help me or just be honest with me.

What a sham/Scam. I was told my Medical application was submitted through this clinic Dec 6th and Wed Jan 8 was told at the front desk they have no Record and would have to pay cash for first visit, and then they would submit an application. I sense a scam and would definitely not recommend Second issue: in violations of Federal HIPPA laws this sham office refused to furnish medical records when requested - results of bloodtests. Will report to HHS for violation and rude poor staff training. Not all have access to online portals for information. They should treat patient and family members with dignity and respect.
