It was my first time with this office and Dr. Gandhi, I was very pleased with the service, care quality, and the whole experience. Very professional and caring. Hygienist Melinda was very professional and great. Would recommend this office and Dr. Gandhi to everyone.

Great Staff, But Watch Your Billing The staff and doctors at Cedar Dental Care are genuinely lovely, friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. No complaints there at all. However, I do want to flag something that other patients should be aware of before their first appointment. When I called to confirm they accepted my insurance (Delta Dental PPO) as a first time patient, they confirmed they do. When I reviewed my bill, they billed my claim under Delta Dental Premier instead of Delta Dental PPO, which comes with a higher deductible and different negotiated cost. I only caught the discrepancy when I reviewed plan against my Delta Dental member portal. When I called to ask about it, they did confirm the billing difference, but oddly stated they do accept Delta Dental PPO. Patients should also be aware that you'll be asked to sign a financial consent form, so make sure you understand exactly how your insurance is being billed before you sign. My advice: before your appointment, ask specifically which Delta Dental tier they will be billing under PPO or Premier. The experience itself was great, the billing transparency just needs some work.

Great doctors but ethics are not their strong suit. They will almost force you into treatments you don't need and expect you to pay even if you explicitly said no to something ahead of the treatment. Words of the doctor and particularly the receptionists hold no value so unless you have it in writing be prepared to be surprised. To be fair my dentist here was good but their entire practice is setup to rip you off. If you don't have a unique skill to spot bs and have the ability to say NO persistently, steer clear of this place.

Cedar Dental is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. When I first went in May, it had been five years since my last dental visit, and I came in with gum soreness and a chipped tooth. From the start, they were transparent and upfront about costs and treatment options. Because I had a waiting period with my new insurance, I was paying out of pocket for most of the expenses. The office worked with me on a payment plan that was manageable and stress-free. Both Dr. Sinha and Dr. Kumar were incredibly kind and gentle, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The reception team was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, especially when it came to billing and payments. My teeth have been fully restored, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They will absolutely be my dentist moving forward, and I highly recommend Cedar Dental to anyone looking for compassionate, transparent, and high-quality care.

Dr Preeti Kumar was very helpful. She agreed to come and see me on Saturday and she helped me with my tooth pain. I texted her at night time after my visit because my pain was not subsiding. She ordered a different prescription and my meds were ready for me to pick up on Sunday morning. She then texted me a few times over the next few days to check how I was feeling and ensure I made a progress towards recovery. Reception ladies were super helpful as well.
