This place is horrible. Terrible customer service. They have rescheduled my son 3 times. Every time I call they don’t answer I leave a message for a call back don’t receive anything back. I tried explaining to “Adi” that my son has a medical condition that I had a concern about and she disregarded my comment. Was talking over me and decided to argue with me. I had to hang up because what do I look like going to a place that doesn’t put the child first or care to hear a mother’s concerns. My son will not go there. I ain’t going to let my child’s life be in the hands of those that can’t understand or handle basic bedside manner, customer service or lacks empathy.

Super friendly service Lola the the secretary is super sweet she always greet you with a smile Brianna was my dental hygienist today super friendly girl did an excellent job I go to doctor Pamma super friendly very detailed you don't feel her numbing you whatsoever when she sticks you at the needle

Worst place to take your child to get their teeth done I took my 3 year old baby to go get her teeth done from here I pay for White Crown and when I picked up my baby from recovery, she has bruises all over her mouth with a black big mark under her lips. I asked the workers. Why is my baby all bruised up on her gum? And why does she have big black mark on her top lips? I told them this is not normal for her moth be all bruise up on her gum there response was its from putting in the crown. I told them I have 6 kids and they always get it done and I never seen a bad job like this, they' did not take there time, the thing I don't understand is they put my baby to sleep and work on her teeth she is not even moving how did she get all bruised up. I'm so not happy about it, the worker are not nice to.

Very friendly staff. My kids have been going for years and they've never been afraid or had a bad experience. Dr Olga always gives great advice for keeping their teeth clean and answers any questions we have. All the assistants are super friendly. And Debbie is the best to be greeted by! The facility isnt't the fanciest but they have everything needed to give excellent care! We travel from Turlock because they were the only denti-cal dentist at the time, but we continued because of how my kids were treated!

Worst worst experience. They put my daughter on Anesthesia. They didn’t allow me to go inside with her ( I can go inside legally). So anyway they done. They called me that they are done. So I went inside. When I saw my daughter Her lip was swollen. They told me it is normal. I agreed with them because I didn’t know anything about it. I brought her home. The lip had a big wound and getting bigger and bigger because of swelling. I talked with my friends, they said it was doctors mistake. I called them, they said no. But it is not. Please make sure guys when you do any procedure with your kids you have to be very careful.
