What an awesome experience! Candid clearly has a successful business model after I experienced my in studio visit. The storefront is immaculate and reception is incredibly friendly. Sam took care my appointment and was so informative and helpful with all my questions and did a great job scanning my teeth! The technology is state of the art and I am so excited to start my treatment towards a straighter smile!

I had gone through the clear aligner process once before and wanted to give Candid a try. Valerie was my consultant and she was AMAZING. She made sure I knew what was going to happen and what made Candid different than other companies. Five minutes into my consultation we were laughing like old friends. The staff here is amazing and the set up is beautiful!

From start to finish my the customer service was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very friendly candid employee who further walked me thru the sign in process. Jennifer helped me from there and was extremely helpful throughout the scanning and over all process. I brought my daughter with me and everyone was friendly and patient with her which is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend candid for anyone who is interested in straightening their teeth! Not to mention they are extremely affordable.

Great customer service! Justin is a sweetheart. He made the process informative and entertaining. He made me comfortable during my most insecure moment...showing My teeth. Come visit and get screened. Anyone here is more than willing to help and with a smile. Thank you Justin and Candid.

Justin was awesome. He took his time with me and was extreamly patient. He made sure that he told me about every discount that this company had to offer which was great because I was qualified for the military discount. He also made sure to explain the whole process to me. Now I fully understand what I purchased, and I am a happy customer.
