I've been coming here for 3 years! I love how they remind me about my appointments, a busy mom like me always forgets. But not only that, the work on my teeth is what brings me back too. I've had gum surgery because my gums were not in the best shape.. The results were amazing. I still have more work to do but I'm excited to get it done so that my gums and teeth are healthy and strong. Recommend this place for their work and hospitality. Dr. Gary does amazing work!

TL;DR: If you hate going to the dentist, do yourself a favor, and go here. I hate the dentist. I mean.. I really hate the dentist. Bad experiences throughout, including but not limited to an infected root canal back in the day -- worst pain of my life! I avoided going at all costs...... Fast forward, experiences here and there with various dentists. Bah humbug. Until now. I've been going to Brushwell for a few years now, this review is LONG overdue. My first visit with them was out of desperation, that infected root canal from my youth? Infected again... pain. Long story short, they turned a nightmare situation into a relatively painless one. It was very complicated but they handled me with exceptional skill and CARE. I cried tears of joy/relief after. Every visit, even regular old cleanings leave me emotional, going here is such a night and day difference to my experiences elsewear. Dr. Emerald, Lianne, and Hali are incredible. I'm sure the others are fine, too, but that trio *cannot* be beat. Dr. Emerald and Dental Assistant Lianne work together like a finely tuned machine.. they are true masters at their craft. I’ve been coming to Dr. Emerald and her team for the past 3 years now. Their office has a modern vibe with their set up. X-rays are hand held portable devices and they show you the X-ray of your teeth on a relative big screen. Prior to any work they explain the issue and the solution they have. I also really like the TV screens on the ceiling, since it allows my mind to focus on something else while the work gets done. They typically have a cooking show on, which makes you hungry by the time you’re done with the procedure.

Emerald was great seeing me for my annual check up and I had such a pleasant experience. She was super thorough explaining to me my teeth conditions and I didn't feel like anything was forced on me. I had some questions about some minor toothache and she explained what might be causing it very friendly. I've had other dentists in the past who would over prescribe treatments but I didn't feel that with her. The office staff were also super friendly. Hali was so kind as she set up my followup appointment and was a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely be coming back and I personally recommend this practice!

Been going to Gary and his team for 8 years already. I can wholeheartedly say that Gary and his team remains my top choice. Even after trying out other dental practices a couple times, I always end up back here, and for good reason. Since then, they have expanded the office and the interior has been completely updated and looks incredible, welcoming, and very modern. Gary and his team (he has hired a few others since then) still does a fantastic job during cleanings and finding out areas of improvement to help make sure your dental health is great. The fear of "going to the dentist" is still absent, as my wife also still goes here and is the most comfortable here. We also brought her parents here too and they've done a phenomenal job in helping with their issues! They continue to stay at the edge of dental technology, and really showing the truth in "you get what you pay for." Unlike many dental offices, particularly DMOs, where really feel like just another number, the staff here genuinely cares about your health and happiness. They've even tackled stains that other dentists/hygienists couldn't manage! Finally, to add, they really bring the community aspect to their practice. S
