If I could leave 10 stars I would! This staff is friendly and very welcoming, especially Gheslaine! I was highly pleased with Veronica, she is great at communicating and making you as comfortable as possible during your cleaning! The doctor Mrs Behnaz is soft spoken but very knowledgeable with her recommendations for treatment. I have found my new home!

I was very happy seeing Veronica. She has been treating and cleaning my mouth for years now. She was in Hurst location and transferred herself to Arlington location and I followed her. She is absolutely amazing! The front desk girls are also amazing and kind to me. Great team you all have!! Kudos 👏 to them!!

Sara and the Doc were great! I haven’t been to the dentist in a decade and they were nonjudgmental so helpful and explained everything perfectly. They even made sure I was comfortable through the whole process.

Amazing Dental office, my kids had the best experience!!! From gentle dental cleanings, massage chairs, favorite movies to doctor’s exams. They loved everything 😍. I would recommend Brush365 to every age group from pediatrics to geriatrics!!!

I enjoyed my visit at this office. It wasn’t until I got a bill for $346 that I found out they were out of network for my insurance. They knew I wanted to use my insurance for the cleaning, and no one ever mentioned that it wouldn’t be covered. It feels predatory to say you take my insurance but not mention it’s out of network. When I called to talk to someone about it, I left a voicemail, and they just sent me a generic email response. I still have not received a phone call back from anyone after requesting one in my reply to the email.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Taylor at the front desk was especially kind and friendly. During my visit, Devon in the back was incredibly helpful and guided me through everything step by step, making sure I understood what was happening and felt at ease the whole time. Their professionalism and genuine care really stood out. The office itself was clean, organized, and had a calming atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable team!
