We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Billy! Our son needed a procedure for his lip tie and two cheek ties. Billy was informative, professional, and very friendly. Also SO great with our 18 month old. The procedure was done perfectly and for the first time ever our son started sleeping through the night AND eating great. We are so appreciative and will continue to see Billy for any future airway needs!

I am so pleased with the care, attention and compassion we received from Dr. Billy for my daughters oral ties procedure. The day of the release he was able to put my mind at ease as a first time mom being so nervous for my baby. He made an otherwise difficult experience a lot lighter. We were given thorough information on what to expect after and how to properly care for the wound healing and my baby. The procedure itself was very quick. Afterwords, Dr. Billy went above and beyond to personally check in with support and any questions or concerns we had. He also saw her for 5 weeks of follow ups to ensure proper healing. Those first few weeks of healing were hard, but after our baby learned to use her new tongue again, she has been exclusively breastfeeding since and started gaining weight like a champ! Today, we have a completely different baby! If your baby needs a tongue tie release, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! You will be met with excellence, warmth, and friendliness. Thank you Dr Billy!! We couldn’t be more grateful!

Dr. Billy is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. When we first met him, his knowledge, confidence, and thorough care made us feel at ease. He was the only one who would listen to my concerns about my daughter’s narrow, crooked palate. When he told me he would expand her, I was ecstatic and relieved. I knew waiting would only be detrimental to her, and he took that seriously. I personally cannot recommend him enough. He’s worth every single penny we’ve spent.

i cannot say enough good things about dr. billy and his team. dr. billy is kind, patient, and truly gifted with kids, including my son with down syndrome, who has a lot of sensitivity with anything mouth-related and some hard past experiences with dental visits. dr. billy has become hudson’s best friend. while he may not love the appointments themselves, he is always genuinely happy to see dr. billy, and that says everything. kayla and ashley are amazing, and the entire front office staff has been so kind, supportive, and invested in our experience every step of the way. what could feel like a really overwhelming and challenging situation, bringing a child with sensory sensitivities to the dentist, has become something we actually enjoy. that alone feels like such a gift. dr. billy also has a unique lens when it comes to care. he has a deep understanding of the airway space and approaches dentistry in a thoughtful, whole-child way. you can tell he truly cares, thinks deeply about each case, and is always available and supportive. we are so grateful for this team and would recommend dr. billy to anyone 🤍

Caring, Patient, and Truly Skilled — So Grateful for Dr. Arnold! We first saw Dr. Arnold for my 7-year-old daughter to evaluate her lip and cheek (buccal) ties. I was very nervous about the idea of a laser revision and wasn’t sure if it was truly necessary. I so appreciated that Dr. Arnold never rushed the process — he took time over multiple visits to help us understand all the options and even adjusted her Myobrace to make sure she was as comfortable as possible before deciding on the procedure. His cautious, thoughtful approach built so much trust. When the day came for her revision, he was absolutely wonderful. He explained each step gently and clearly, helping both me and my daughter feel calm and confident. The procedure went beautifully, and we’ve already seen significant improvement in her oral expansion, sleep, and even her behavior. The office followed up several times after the procedure to check in and make sure she was healing well — their care and attentiveness truly go above and beyond. I’m so grateful for Dr. Arnold’s expertise and his genuine compassion for children and parents alike. I can’t recommend him enough!
