I’ve tried to get in touch with them many times; they put me on hold and no one answers. I called this morning and got no response either; an automated system tells me to leave my number and that they’ll call back by the end of the day, but that doesn't happen—no one ever calls back. I’ve even waited on the line for over 40 minutes—can you believe it?—and still no one answered. This is the fourth time I’ve called without getting a response.

I wish they answer their phones. But I do like the doctors and nurses here.

I had an appointment on May 22nd, 2026 and Baywell Heath canceled it so I rescheduled for today, Tuesday May 26, 2026 for 9:20 am. They called me the day of my appointment at 8:30 and told me that my appointment had been canceled once again and that I had to reschedule so I rescheduled for the same day at 9:20 with a different doctor. When I got registered they told me my appointment was at 10:00am and I asked if I could get seen earlier and they said yes. Then they told me I had to get seen at 10:20am and they didn’t know if I’d be seen at that time because of other patients. Multiple different staff told me different thing and left me confused and frustrated. It’s my first time visiting this hospital and I wouldn’t come here.

Terrible experience here Doctors are nonchalant and cold show little interests in patient needs, Dr's make appointments just to waste your time half the staff doesn't know what's going on, Dr's. sent me to a specialist to get a note for my state disability just be difficult and still refuse to sign absolutely unprofessional establishment, i don't know every Dr. there but all it took was 2 of them to make me never want return nor would I recommend this place to anyone with serious medical needs

The Doctors and P A’s that I have seen have been caring, if you can ever get to see them. Everything else is the worst I have ever experienced in my 70 years. Nobody calls you back. No body does what they say they will do and when you finally get thru to someone they just push you on to another department that doesn’t respond. As well as insurance mistakes. The most draining and frustrating experience ever in my life.
