I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this office chance after chance, today was my final straw. I’m writing this because dental health is too important, and I genuinely hope I can prevent someone else from going through the experience I’ve had here. My issues began when one of the dentists started a root canal on me and then was unable to complete it. I was ultimately left with a large opening in my tooth and had to find a root canal specialist elsewhere to finish the procedure. In the meantime, I was given antibiotics and pain medication, but the tooth eventually became infected. What made the situation even more frustrating was feeling that my X-rays had not been properly reviewed before the procedure was started. Despite that experience, I returned to B & B Dental to have the crown placed because they had already started my treatment. Since getting the crown, food consistently gets trapped between that tooth and the neighboring tooth. At my six-month checkup, I brought this up expecting the crown or contact area to be evaluated and corrected. Instead, the solution suggested to me was to put a crown on the neighboring tooth as well. That did not sit right with me,

Don’t go there the new person who took over for Dr.picker is not professional at all his name Dr Amar I’ve been going there since the eighties with no problem. I’ve seen him about three times every time he has examined my teeth there’s something wrong where he wants to charge a fee. today it started with one tooth. To come out then he says all need to come out. I don’t like you I’m going some place else

This clinic tries to get to you to do unnecessary procedures. They told me I had to get two teeth removed right away. I did need to get those two teeth removed until 5 years later and it still was not a serious problem. Then the owner tried to tell his employees that I’m crazy

Do not go to this clinic. My experience here has been a complete nightmare, both medically and personally. The dentist performed an aggressive procedure without my consent or explaining the risks, leaving me with unbearable pain, severe swelling, and signs of infection (pus) within 48 hours. The temporary crowns they installed were of such poor quality that they began to crumble by the second day. The facility lacks proper hygiene, but the worst part is the staff. From the receptionists to the supervisor and the doctors, they are hostile and incredibly rude. When I went to request my medical records (a legal right in NY), they made me wait for a long time and tried to intimidate me with lies about my insurance to prevent me from seeking a second opinion. They tried to harass me into staying and showed zero respect for me as a patient. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay away. A formal grievance has already been filed with my insurance and the NY State Board. While they carried out the process, they attended to another person simultaneously, really a total lack of respect

Wonderful Experience! I recently had an appointment at B&B Dental PC, and I just have to mention how amazing the dental assistant, Mayelin was! From the moment I sat down, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I usually get a bit nervous at the dentist, but she was so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was doing okay, and were incredibly professional while still being friendly and personable. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. Thanks to Mayelin and the rest of the team, my experience was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Highly recommend this office—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Mayelin as your dental assistant!
