This has been the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Everyone was very helpful,friendly, and explained everything to me. Dr. Tran did everything she could to fix a problem and was very understanding about my situation. I have already recommended this dentist to my friend. Dr. Tran has given my smile 😁 back to me.

Dr Tran and all of her staff have been absolutely fantastic in taking care of my dad (and previously my mom too) at their nursing home. They are very detail oriented and have great communication from scheduling, procedures, to any after care. My dad is a bit cognitively impaired and prefers to speak in his native language and yet Dr Tran and her hygenists have bent over backwards to make sure he is always comfortable and at ease. You will not find more caring or patient caregivers, they are the best!

I am submitting this review on behalf of my Mother, Linda Wheeler. My mom was terrified of the dentist due to past childhood trauma so she was making excuses not to go to her appointments but she FINALLY went and fell in love with her dentist! My mom said she was kind, patient and listened to her regarding her pain. Mom has wanted to get her teeth fixed for soo long, thanks to her new dentist she will be a new lady in no time! Thank you for giving my mom a new confidence in herself!

To start off, I have irrational but solid dentist terror as well as a challenging dental situation. I came here with an extremely painful issue and was understood, listened to, well cared for, was immediately made comfortable by the professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff. DrTran was spectacular and we worked at my pace. My problem was fixed, a plan for the next step organized. I have not felt so comfortable and involved in my own dental life health care plan before. I did not feel like a burden, rushed, belittled or dismissed and I HIGHLY recommend Austin Dental Cares

Austin Dental Cares - really cares about their patients. When my brother was seen by Dr Tran she was so patient! She took her time and made sure is mouth and teeth were the best that it could be. My brother is in a nursing home and this was the first time he had his teeth looked at in years. He can't take care of himself. Thos doesn't bother Dr Tran she gets the job done! Dr Tran got busy and continued cleaning for 2 hours! Today he is back for his 2nd mouth care with Dr Tran. She found an ulcer and recommended a specialist to evaluate it. Dr Tran not only cleans, but at the same time inspects for possible issues. She is simply Amazing! If you are looking for a wonderful dentist- look no further!
