Called 8/25th to get an appointment and they scheduled me for 8/26th for a dental emergency. They verified and checked with my insurance and all of that prior to coming in. They even called me that day to confirm my appointment! Im coming from far and with traffic, it took me 40-45minutes. As soon as I walk in, they tell me "your insurance won't improve the xrays we need. only allows 1 every 5 years, last was 2024." I said that i didn't have enough for the panorex xray, and i didnt know prior to coming in I needed one. So they knew before my appointment I needed this and had to pay out of pocket and didn't tell me AT ALLA. Instead hoped they would tell me on the spot and because Im feeling pain, I'd just oh well and pay out of pocket. Shady and slimey business practice. Could've been very upfront and honest with me. They had my address and knew I was coming pretty far as well. Another dentistry that doesn't really care about their patients but look at them like they are dollar signs. Avoid here if you can.

I had a 10/10 experience from the moment i walked in. Matthew took me back and took my xrays for me i usually do not do good with xrays and going to the dentist but he did so good and was super gentle and caring. Dr husam was super thorough and explained everything very well and i didnt feel judged or ashamed he made me feel well taken care of. Nikki did my consult and was super friendly and helped me be able to do my finances. Dr husam pulled my teeth and i was pain free and ive never had a better experience. Thank you aspen team.

I received friendly service and attentive care. Matthew, Jasmine, and Alma Marie were all very considerate. Dr. Husam was informative about the procedure. Aspen was a little more expensive than my previous dentist, but I believe I was provided much better care. Definitely worth it. I didn't feel they were rushing their work, so I feel confident I won't need to have it redone.

I had a great experience at Aspen. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr.Husam was very thorough. Dean did an amazing job with my cleaning. Jazmine was very sweet. And the front office staff Aunnamarie & Verenis went the extra mile to ensure I had the best experience and affordable care. I highly recommend coming to Aspen.

My experience at Aspen dental was amazing :) This was my first appointment ever at this location and I was a little scared at first coming in but the whole office was so welcoming they made my visit worth it. I will be coming back for my 6 month follow up! Annuamarie was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. Dr.Husam and Matthew are a great team. They made sure I felt comfortable when they noticed I was a little nervous. They were kind and very informative of the whole process for my visit. Dean was nice and very informative as well. Recommend this dental office for anyone looking to get services from a team who cares about their patients!
