🦷💗 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a 16-year-old, I feel so comfortable coming to Aspen to get my teeth cleaned! Everyone is always so welcoming and makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. 🥰 I also love that the prices are affordable, which makes it easier for my mom. 💕 And I have to give a special shoutout to Carolina and Norma—they are seriously the sweetest! They are so kind, patient, and professional, and they always make my visits a good experience. 🦷✨ Thank you, Aspen, for making going to the dentist something I actually look forward to! 💗

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought my 16-year-old twins to the dentist, and we had such a wonderful experience! Norma and Carolina were absolutely the sweetest. They were so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made sure both of my girls felt comfortable and cared for. We drive 2 hours from Pittsburg to Dallas to come here, and honestly, it’s like a little vacation for us! 😂❤️ The drive is completely worth it when you know you’re going somewhere where you’re treated with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Norma and Carolina, for making our visit such a great experience. We truly appreciate you both and will happily make the drive again! 🦷❤️

All I can say is run do not go here they make promises that they will not keep. I received my new set of dentures after having my old set for 12 years. Paid thousands of dollars and within a year they broke. They were quick to repair them, but within six months they broke again. They were quick to repair them. Within six months, they broke again this time when they repaired them they fit so much better and when I asked the technician why they fit so great now she said they probably used a better material. I said shouldn’t they use the better material when you pay thousands of dollars for dentures and she said well they should’ve but I’m not sure what was going on. Long story short fifth time my dentures are cracked in the same place that they repaired them a year ago and now they want to examine an x-ray my gums to see my bite. I haven’t got my job broken and again my teeth were pulled in 2007. Not two years ago. I just want them to simply repair them and they will not do that until I pay an exam fee and get my gums and bite examined. This makes me sick needless to say or unfortunately now I’m having to contact a lawyer because I don’t have the money to go drop another three or fou

Overall, I had a good experience with Aspen Dental. The dentist and hygienist were both professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department has been very frustrating. I was originally told my total would be $3,250, but because I’m moving out of the country and would not be completing any post-op appointments, I was told my total would be a flat $3,000. I paid $1,500 on Friday, August 21, and the remaining $1,500 before my appointment on Monday, August 24. Unfortunately, the office never documented the agreement about not completing post-op appointments, and I was subsequently charged an additional $250. I’ve called multiple times and been told I would be transferred to billing, but because the agreement was not noted on my account, they are now refusing to refund the $250. It’s disappointing because I was happy with the actual dental care I received. I understand the importance of documentation, but when a price was clearly communicated to me beforehand, I don’t think the customer should be responsible for an internal communication or documentation error.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental⁠. There was only a short wait each time I visited, and the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Varia did an excellent job creating my top dentures, and they fit very well. For four years, I had to use denture glue just to keep my smile in place. Now, the fit is so good that I no longer need denture cream. She also fixed my lower bite. I am very pleased.
