Honestly - such a great experience from the friendly front desk, to the assistants, doctor and hygienist. They have the process figure out and know how to deliver exceptional service. I left our previous practice because I would wait forever in the waiting room, wait in the chair, they had older equipment so couldn't perform every xray or procedure there, and their office staff bordered on rude, like they were doing me a favor. That is not the case here. They truly appreciate their patients.

We all know how pain affects our attitude especially when it’s a tooth ache and after setting in the waiting room for 2 hours at a DIFFERENT DENTAL OFFICE and then them telling me they could see me the 19th of next month to pull a single tooth my mood was quite poor to say the least when I reached out to Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental I knew I was in the right place. From an extremely polite and respectful staff to the dentist explaining all of my options clearly and professionally I will not only return myself but send my family there as well. Thank you for being above and beyond I really appreciate it!

I've been pleased with the dental work and the hospitality of the staff but the communications could be improved. I'm confused when I receive a text with a link to confirm my appointment yet I received 2 voice mails in one day stating that a verbal confirmation is needed to keep the appointment on the schedule. Besides being confusing this is inconsiderate for those who can't easily take or a return a phone call. I've visited several Aspen locations all over the country and after 2 years all of the other locations allowed me to confirm my appointment with the text message link. I genuinely appreciate having that option and wonder what makes this location different from the others.

Considering I got an email to review about a dental crown I never had done I’m questioning what is being put in to apply for care credit. I was supposed to have an appointment at 8 AM today to pick up my new dentures and I was called 15 minutes beforehand and told that I could not come until 3 PM to pick my dentures up. They knew how important it was for me to pick these up they didn’t try to figure it out. Problem solved. Nothing to get me to be able to have them before I left town. I am not happy with this place whatsoever. Do not go there. Do not recommend.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. But I'd have to say that the whole staff made it pretty easy and enjoyable, as much as a dental appointment can be. MJ was awesome when doing my deep cleaning. She really listened to my fears and horrible past experiences and did everything she could to make it one of the easiest cleaning I've had. Definitely recommend!!!
