This review is for the office of management. I would give negative star if that's that option. Absolutely DO NOT recommend if your dental insurance is out of their network. We went for the procedure in April. The office charged us full amount of over $3000 in late March. We have to try to file the claim ourselves because the incompetent office manager Norma have lied to us about file the claims and refuse to do her part. The office staffs keeps telling us to contact her while every time we do , she's either out of the office, on vacation or lunch break. the few times she talked to us she kept telling us different stories about it. It is either it's still in the mailing process, or the insurance company need to call them. The office never called us back as they promised. So avoid this place!! (There were earlier review regarding the similar situation which I wished that I read before going there.) Have to take it to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this.

Dr. Peterson and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. I was very nervous about having a procedure done with the LANAP laser, but I was pleasantly surprised to have close to zero discomfort afterwards. He and his staff were courteous and attentive, and i was reassured and comfortable every step of the way.

About eighteen years ago, I lost four of my lower front teeth in an accident. At that time, dental implant technology was not as advanced, and the bone in the lower front area was very narrow. Because of that, I had a bridge placed instead of implants. Over the years, several of my back teeth also failed, and I eventually had a total of seven implants placed. In 2025, the two teeth supporting my bridge fractured, leaving me missing six lower front teeth. I consulted three different dental offices, and all of them recommended placing four implants. Because these were front teeth and I already had experience with implants, I spent quite some time doing research and consulting different doctors. Eventually I found Dr. Andrew Petersen in Arcadia. Compared with other offices, his fees were somewhat higher, and I hesitated for a while before making the decision. In the end, I chose him for three reasons. First, if implants are done well, they can last fifteen years or even longer; if they are not done well, they may fail in eight to ten years. He’s also very open‑minded in his approach, always thinking through the problem and offering solutions that actually work. I underwent an almost full gum graft, and he guided me through the entire process with clarity and confidence. He was also incredibly strategic in helping me coordinate the right sequence of care between my general dentist and other specialists, which made a complicated situation feel manageable. I also had a bite issue that developed after multiple teeth straightening treatments, and he fixed my bite — something I was unable to resolve with other dentists for some times. The improvement has been remarkable and has made a huge difference in my daily comfort. Dr. Peterson combines expertise, precision, and genuine compassion in a way that is truly rare. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful periodontist.

Dr. Peterson and his team are absolutely exceptional! From the first consultation to post-surgery care, every step was handled with such precision, kindness, and professionalism. I felt fully informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout the process. The results exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend Dr. Peterson highly enough!
