I feel very comfortable with Anaheim healthcare. All staff are friendly and helpful with all my needs. Thanks treatment nurse for taking care of my wound. Thank you rehab team helps me to get stronger. Thanks CNA Morena and Michelle resident relations for their good attention. I appreciate Christian maintenance installing the TV for me. A special Thank you to one of the patient here for comic relief. 5 stars for everyone!

Anaheim Healthcare Center provided an exceptional experience for my mother during a very challenging time. This is the second time that they accepted her following hospitalization from multiple fractures in the wrist, the compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the entire staff truly commendable. Every team member treated her with kindness, respect, and genuine concern, while keeping our family informed every step of the way. What stands out most is the level of personalized attention and support she received. The staff's expertise, clear communication, and heartfelt care gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout her stay. I am grateful for everything Anaheim Healthcare Center did and special thanks goes to Management (Zee & John), Physical Therapy Team, all the nurses, caregivers, and to Maroja (Social Worker). Thank you for helping my mom and for making such a positive difference and impact in her stay.

I wanted to thank the people of this facility. The staff has been exceptional to everyone. The entire PT crew are outstanding. They are supportive and kind and told me how proud they were of me. That means a lot. The nurse's are awesome. Some of them went above and beyond. They are Julia, Alan, Kate. Eden, and Celsa. They should train the rest on compassion and caring. I have a great experience at Anaheim Healthcare. Everyone is helping me a lot that makes me feel really comfortable. I got awsome thereapy with rehab team. Thanks Z and Michelle resident relations for their hardworking. I also appreciate Dawnya cna for her good attention. Thanks Ashley for giving me breathing treatment everyday. Everyone is a big PLUS, PLUS +++. I definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I’m very happy and satisfied with my stay here after femur surgery. A special highlight to all of the therapists — PT, OT, — who really did an excellent job working with me. They pushed me hard, and because of them I’m now walking with a walker and have my physical strength back. The behind-the-desk staff were all helpful and accommodating, especially Zeny who handled my appointments and arranged my transportation. Big thanks also to the social workers Sylvia and Maruja who facilitated all the paperwork for my admittance and discharged. To personnel like Z and Michelle who walked around to check that everything in the facility was running well. RNs: Zorey,Kaylan, Martha CNAs, : Nam, Visidora, Esmeralda, Tanya, Vanessa, Maria L., Hailey, Lizette, Theresa, Ebony, Cheyenne , Lowan, Erick H. , Aurora LVNs, Ashley, Armando, Carlos, Jane, Joie, Bianca and wound nurses : Harrison,Edgar, Ayra, Flor, Kris, Dominique provided great care too. Housekeeping : Lorena, Macarena, Reina, Leticia kept my room tidy, activity coordinators : Reina, Luisa, Rufo, kay, Mia , Keisha were wonderful, And the food trays were fair. The shower rooms looked clean but had an odor, and the toilet need impr
