Dr. Porte performed my son’s ORIF surgery after he sustained a mandibular jaw fracture in a ski accident. I haven't gotten to work with Dr Alfi as much yet (still preparing for Double Jaw Surgery). My review is mainly for Dr. Cody, orthodontists. I had a plethora of craniofacial issues, along with already 5 years of braces behind me. I had a lot of reservations about restarting this process all over again in my late 20s. Dr Alfi recommended I work with Dr. Cody and I'm glad I did. Dr. Cody recommended I do braces & custom MARPE. Process hasn't been easy but Dr. Cody has made it a breeze. Above all, he is super communicative and proactive - always reaches out to check-in and he has always accommodated my requests and offered suggestions. I had such a bad prior experience with orthodontists. Is a lot of the reason I am in this predicament at this point. To have someone super knowledgeable and kind was a great thing to have. I work in Woodlands every so often but live in San Antonio - so it was a commitment to make this work. But it was very much worth it for me. I wish Ryan had his own Google or platform I could contribute to, but wanted to give the guy his props - he is amazing!

Recently I had a wisdom tooth removal with Alfi oral surgery and it was fantastic. Dr. Carrillo is THE BEST!!!. I didn’t have pain or bleeding or any complications. The whole clinic staff are very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall experience was great.

After 2 years of searching for the right surgeon, we found (God led us to) Dr Carrillo in Houston. Traveling out of town for every appointment, the surgery, and follow up visits have been totally worth it. My son’s double jaw surgery went as perfectly as it could have gone. Dr Carrillo and his staff were also so helpful and friendly along every step of the way. The attention to detail, direct phone calls to walk through each stage of the surgical plan, the follow-ups after surgery, all made us feel like he truly cared. This surgery was truly life changing for my son and he now smiles with confidence and can breathe better. Dr Carrillo is such a positive energy and makes my son feel incredible each time we see him. I had double jaw surgery with Dr. Alfi at age 61, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before surgery, I struggled with breathing issues and constant air hunger. Nearly a year later, those symptoms are gone, and I feel calmer, healthier, and have a much better quality of life. As an older patient, I was concerned about recovery, but it was much easier than I expected and absolutely worth it. Dr. Alfi is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, and his team was professional, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process.
