We had such a great experience at Alamo Orthodontics with my son getting his braces! From the beginning, everyone made us feel comfortable and taken care of. I especially want to give a shoutout to BH, who was awesome with my son. She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure he was comfortable and knew what was going on. Getting braces can definitely make a kid a little nervous, so I really appreciated how easy and positive BH made the whole experience for him. Dr. Reece was great as well. He took his time with us, explained everything clearly, and made us feel really confident about my son’s treatment and what to expect moving forward. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and families they work with, and that means a lot to us as parents. We’re really happy we chose Alamo Orthodontics and are looking forward to seeing my son’s progress! Thank you again to BH, Dr. Reece, and the whole team!

I wanted to stop by and leave a review for the young lady who worked on me and made the absolute best experience I’ve had a any doctors office she was very nice and gentle when she worked on me. Lulu and the whole Team at Alamo are awesome, if you’re looking for ortho in El Paso this is the place!

We had such an amazing experience today at the alamo orthodontist office! From the very first consultation to getting my daughter’s braces placed today, every step has been wonderful. The front desk staff was also so sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in, which made the whole experience even better. The assistant at chair 3 was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, she walked my daughter through every step and made her feel so comfortable and calm the entire time. And as a mom, I have to mention the massage chair with a TV overhead… AMAZING! Being able to actually relax and enjoy a little quiet TV time during the appointment felt like such a treat. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment for both patients and parents. We’re so happy we chose this office! 💕

I had an amazing experience at Alamo Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel like family—they were welcoming, kind, and professional throughout my visit. Dr. Reece was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my treatment. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lulu—she did an outstanding job replacing my braces. She was gentle, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Alamo Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality care and a team that genuinely treats you like family!

Dr. Reece at Alamo Orthodontics is the real deal. The office itself is stunning — super modern, clean, and aesthetic. From my consultation all the way to my first appointment, the experience has been nothing but top tier. Dr. Reece isn’t just an orthodontist, he’s a true craftsman. It is highly evident he puts passion and precision into every single case. On top of that, he’s one of the nicest, most down-to-earth guys you’ll ever meet.
