I had 1 tooth extracted. They did not tell me the total was $3600.00 and change, 1 tooth! that is ridiculous! They DID NOT explain in detail the entire pricing, they DID NOT tell me they were OUT OF NETWORK. Who runs a business expecting to charge that amount of money with out making sure the client understands how much the cost of the work performed is going to burden their finances. If I had been informed AHIC was out of network, I would have looked for anther place. Especially the fact that the average tooth extraction is anywhere from $400 - $1500. The woman there said She would take care of notifying the insurance for the claim. I paid $1850.00 on a credit card with the understanding that I would get reimbursed from my insurance because they told me THEY would file the claim. We trusted what we were told by Alamo Heights implant, Crooks! , DO NOT TRUST this place. The went on to lie to my wife that she told me they were out of network, that she did explain the charges. Bald face LIE. Crooks!

I have had 11 implants done during my lifetime! Alamo Heights Implant Center is by far the best place I’ve been for my implants! Dr. Christopher Walker knows exactly what he’s doing! He’s always on time and explains everything in detail. He’s very patient and lets you ask questions and always has an answer! He doesn’t take my insurance but his staff submits claims for you and I got 40% back from my insurance company. That just tells you that he has an amazing staff from the time you check in to the time you leave! I highly recommend Alamo Heights Implant Center!

Dr. Walker & his staff provided consistent, quality customer service from my initial consultation until the last step of my implant process. All of the staff were always friendly, helpful & welcoming. I will definitely be sending family & friends here! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. 😁

Unfortunately, I needed a tooth extracted, and Dr. Walker’s team was able to get me in last minute right before the weekend. The procedure was performed quickly and professionally — I was in and out with no pain or complications. They even reached out over the weekend to check on me, which really showed how much they care about their patients. The customer service and level of care were exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Walker’s office.

Dr. Walker is great, his whole crew is fantastic. I have had so many bad experiences starting from childhood. They immediately make you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Walker has a very calm presence and told me exaxtly what he was doing. So if you need an implant, this is the place to go.
