Dr. Rad is an exceptional person and dentist. I had 4 implants and 2 crowns put in and he did excellent.. Couldn't ask for better service !

If you’re making an appointment, I highly recommend you asking for Crystal. You will not be disappointed! She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. What really touched me was that she wrote my name down to make sure I would be taken care of and given priority on my upcoming visits in the next couple of weeks. That level of thoughtfulness and personal care meant so much to me! Thank you, Crystal, for making what could have been A stressful experience so much easier!🥰💕

I’m not satisfied with this office. I scheduled an appointment because I was having issues with my implant and clearly told the front desk that’s what I needed to be seen for. They still booked me on a day when the dentist wasn’t even in. I didn’t find out until the assistant brought me back and told me. This isn’t the first time my concerns haven’t been understood or communicated correctly. I’m not pleased with the service here.

I had a wonderful experience at Affordable Dental & Implants office. People are friendly and very thorough in explaining things. I’m very pleased with the process of getting a single implant started. My husband was very pleased with getting his dentures there, so I knew that’s where I wanted to go also. It’s only been two days since the procedure and I’ve been feeling really good. Dr. Philip and his assistant, Jennifer, got into a rhythm and all went well. Definitely worth going there.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office in Arlington, TX. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very welcoming. A special thank you to the general office manager, Loretta, who made sure everything ran smoothly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Jake Phillip did my dental implant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I also want to recognize Elsa, the dental assistant, who took such great care of me. She was attentive, kind, and made the entire experience much more relaxing.
