I just can't say enough about this location and my experience. They got me in for my first visit withing days and the very next week for my second visit and procedure. I had teeth pulled and new dentures within two weeks. Dr. Cruz was amazing and explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable, patient, considerate, gentle, caring and made sure that I was not having any pain at all. I want to give a huge shout out to Alex! I cannot say enough about her. This girl knows what she's doing and does it very well! She's so sweet, caring, patient and has the ability to literally be working with two different patients at the same time (going back and forth) and never once made me feel like I wasn't important or being rushed at any time. I was having a difficult time due to my daughter passing away recently and she not only listened to me but also cried with me. Alex if you are able to see this post, I just want to tell you that you are such a special human being and I thank you and appreciate you. Affordable Dentures please let Alex know how valuable she is to your team. Dr. Cruz and Alex, y'all make the absolutely best team

I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child. One bad experience life time if trauma. Dr Cruz was amazing. He was kind understanding and straightforward with what I need to have done. I went in with my anxiety through the roof and came out a lot more comfortable. His staff is also amazing. His assistant carried conversation with me and the front desk was very friendly and kind. Next step is to schedule my appt for the work needed. My sister used them back in March and that is why I went to them she had a great experience. Thank you Dr Cruz for being great at what you do. I can’t wait until I’m back in your chair and getting the smile I always dreamed of

Excellent staff and excellent service. Rosa and Teresa were the absolute best! They put me at ease through the entire process. Extensive dental work can be stressful and painful, but they made it a delightful experience, while doing an outstanding job on technically difficult things. Highly recommend.

From the beginning they helped me get approved through family care foundation, which I greatly appreciate starting with the extractions of my teeth. They helped me through the healing providing special mouthwash until my gums healed to receive my permanent dentures and they told me “you are going to love your new flex partial” and I absolutely do ,nothing gets under it, Dr. Cruz has been wonderful. He explains everything in detail. He did filling my cavity to putting on my new crowns to receiving my new teeth, I only had to go for a couple of adjustments and he explained why I needed them Alex my nurse was very patient with me. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest patient. She too explained how to take care of my teeth and my gums and Abby always found a way to make the appointments around my schedule. They are all very friendly at Affordable Dentures and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Affordable Dentures for all you have done for me.

I have never felt such a need to leave a negative review, and that's for a good reason. My dad went here to get dentures that he has needed for the past 2 years. He's had trouble eating, and he is already thin. He's blind in one eye and got lost in a city he doesn't live in and was having trouble navigating to this place. Upon arrival the woman there gave him a look like she saw something disgusting on the bottom of her shoe and treated him incredibly rudely for being 22 minutes late, and refused to listen to his situation. And it's not that he expected to get in because of that, but the least she could have done was not have an attitude. We will take our business elsewhere. Somewhere people have empathy! Y'all need mandatory customer service classes. What's worse, is I'm not the only review talking about this issue.
