Got four fillings yesterday my mouth feels like a new mouth thought I was going too lose one tooth. Dr. Patel did his magic filled it with no pain. The front desk ladies very friendly and nice. the dental assistant he was nice And professional. I recommend Abram’s dental to all my family and friends and the community.

The service was sub par at best. Family member went to have teeth work done and when she advised that she was still experiencing pain she was ignored. She advised that she wanted to stop the work and requested a refund she was advised that she couldn't get all her money back in full that she would have to take installments. They aren't with the BBB. They are slow to nonexistent to call for appointments. The dentist forces patients to go to his Arlington location instead of the location in fort worth. If you use this office be prepared for subpar customer service from the top to the bottom.

If I could give 0 stars I would! THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM ME! I am so disgusted upon learning this today! I went in today knowing that I have a balance about 168 and I asked to pay off my balance for my ortho! I could not believe these ppl were calculating my balance with their phones which immediately raised a red flag! I asked why were they using their phones to calculate balances! They were extremely rude about this! Mind youI go every 6 weeks but this time my visit was 4 weeks apart because I am at the end of my ortho treatments. Four weeks ago and today were the only times i did not make a payment upon checking in and I thought that was weird but didn’t think too much about it! Before that I always had to pay before I could even proceed with my appointment! Last time I asked my balance was less than 200 these ppl tried to tell me I owe 581.17 mind you my beginning balance was 1500 and i have been going faithfully every six weeks since august of 2024 making payments of 129 and not to mention the down payment of 350! The lady working at the front desk explained to me that someone that handles payments has been fired due to some fraudulent activity recently and there’s

I have been bringing myself and my children to both the Arlington and Fort Worth Abram Dental offices for years, so this review comes from long experience. The staff members—front desk, assistants, and the office manager—have always been wonderful. They are polite, respectful, and do everything they can to help with scheduling and payment plans. Unfortunately, their kindness can’t outweigh the ongoing problems created by Dr. Zamanian. Over the past year I’ve watched the practice change for the worse: frequent staff turnover, reduced office hours, higher costs, and last-minute cancellations that are always “at the doctor’s request.” The front desk team apologizes, but it’s clear these decisions come from the owner, not the staff. The office manager, in particular, tries hard to set up payment plans, yet she must wait for the doctor’s approval. This new management and staff have been so much more helpful than the last and they really try to work with you but this leaves her looking like she isn’t keeping promises when it’s really the doctor refusing to honor agreements.
