The were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. They made sure I was well informed and, once I decided to have the procedure, they did there best to make all the measurements. photos, and scans as easy as possible.

I Did Not get an explanation in writing that specifies the work that they're supposed to do. I don't have a phone number from the bank that supposedly gave me the loan, I'm very concerned the way they did things they took me to the back after I signed the paper to constant for the loan and they use the same signature to agree on everything else, but they never gave me the paper to explain the procedure for the work that they supposed to

I couldn’t wait to share this while still sitting in the office! My husband David just had his implants done at 4M Implant Center in Glendale, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Monica at the front office was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff were just as amazing attentive, supportive, and very caring. Dr. Tirakhish Emadi and the anesthesiologist were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure, which gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. Everything went very well, and we are truly grateful for the care we received. I would absolutely recommend this Glendale office to anyone needing dental work!
