My children had a wonderful experience at 1st Dental and Orthodontics today. The office is calm clean and cheerful and the staff were friendly and exceptionally professional.

The entire experience with the 1st Dental team was outstanding. From scheduling the appointment, to interacting with the front desk staff and other team members, and finally meeting Dr. McPherson herself, everyone was competent, professional, and exemplary. I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the exceptional care and service provided by the entire team.Thank you

I've been going to this dental office for a little over a year now and love it! For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to getting my teeth up to par and taking all that much better care of them. They have a female dentist ( Dr. McPherson) , my first female dentist, and it honestly has allowed me to be more comfortable in my surroundings there. She has been very professional, down to earth, very easy to communicate with, you feel comfortable asking any and all questions and getting better educated about your dental needs/requirements. Dr. McPherson is also the BEST I have ever experienced when it comes to getting shots in the mouth for numbing before a procedure, she is very gentle and you seriously barely feel anything at all!!! The office manager, Jasmine has also been awesome. Jasmine is very sweet, down to earth, very easy to communicate with and has also helped me in getting better educated about my dental health. Really all the ladies there are awesome! They seem to run like a well oiled machine and I honestly pray it stays this way for a while ! For the first time in my life, I actually, honestly look forward to getting my dental stuff done and taken care

Wow, 💯this place is a fabulous. The staff just from the first contact on the telephone was so welcoming. Cindy made me feel like I was part of their family! On the phone and When I got there, Jasmine and the team and the wonderful incredible Dr Fatima helped fix my issue and was so wonderfully kind and was very comforting. The one thing that I love about this staff is they work together and they seem to all have such a tight and great workspace camaraderie I can’t say enough about this place if you have dental needs Or your children need braces or you just have a cavity that you need filled this place will keep you shining with a beautiful smile where you can continue Your daily journeys putting your best smile first thank you so much sincerely I appreciate each and everyone of you that took care of me while I was in the office. I cannot thank you enough. ❤️ And I received a free appetizer from Texas roadhouse by getting a treatment done here didn’t expect that awesome👋👀👋 They have two amazing locations the Fort Worth location that I went to, and they also have a location in Saginaw.
